FYI:
luke weighs in at 60 lbs this week
SIXTY FLIPPING POUNDS.
i'm trying to get over the fact that he's gained ten pounds in 6 months.
or the fact that i just bought him a bunch of size sevens -
and he blasted right through those,
but the eights still hang a bit.
or even that he's my baby, my first...
and here he is,
growing like a weed.
sigh.

ps: don't get me wrong,
i'm not one of those weepy,
"my baby's growing up too quickly" kind of gals...
but i do find myself thunderstruck at times at the speed in which nearly seven years fly by.
THUNDERSTRUCK.

ps2: okay, i get a little weepy at times.
but only because i want an actual baby to hold.
i just one one more chance.
