
cut and wash all lettuce at the beginning of week/two weeks...
spin and dry, pack loosely into mason jars/vacuum jars,
and kick back.
so far, two weeks is our go to time on these jars.
and lettuce is nice and crisp, clean and dry
and ready to be whipped up into a yummy salad at a moment's notice.
now i just need to find some more jars
and make some room in my fridge for my other addiction -
spinach.
